As an Entry Level Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting project managers by organizing project activities, tracking progress, and ensuring effective communication among team members and stakeholders. Responsibilities: Assist project managers in planning and executing projects from initiation to closure. Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information to ensure timely completion of tasks. Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and team members. Organize and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and recording minutes. Maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and correspondence. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment and resolve issues promptly. Qualifications

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Additional Information
