Pay Rate: The pay rate for this job is $18 - $18 / hour* What you'll be doing as an Insulation Installer: Install various types of insulation materials, including fiberglass batts, blown-in insulation, rigid foam, spray foam, air barriers, and waterproofing systems Measure, cut, and fit insulation materials according to specifications, ensuring proper coverage and sealing gaps to maximize energy efficiency Assist with preparing work areas by cleaning, staging materials, and ensuring job site safety Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively Remove and properly dispose of old insulation materials Available shifts: Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day) Job requirements: Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Valid driver's license and a clean driving record preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 pounds *Hourly pay rates are a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
