You will learn how to show properties, host open houses, communicate with prospective buyers, coordinate appointments, and follow up with potential clients. Through consistent field experience, you will gain a better understanding of buyer needs, local properties, client relationships, and how successful agents create new business. You will receive coaching, training, proven systems, and ongoing support while developing your communication, sales, organization, and client service skills. Once licensed, you can perform licensed real estate activities, work with clients, and earn rewarding commissions as you continue building your business. Responsibilities: • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service • Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show • Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion • Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered Qualifications: • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Present yourself in a professional manner Real estate license required Compensation: $140,000+ at plan commissions
